HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9926 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the entire proceedings in C.C. No.402 of 2013 on the file of VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, Ranga Reddy District, which is out come of the private complaint before the VI Metropolitan Magistrate at Medchal under Section 200 read with Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. thereby the learned Magistrate directed the SHO, Alwal PS, Hyderabd to register the complaint in turn the Police, Alwal PS registered a case in Crime No.90 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120, 420, 506 and 509 IPC.

2) The de facto complainant and the accused 1 to 3 in person representing through advocates and they want to compound the offences as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace.

3) Accordingly, permission is accorded to compound the offences by invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C to subserve the ends of justice, as the counter case already stated quashed and the de facto complainant wants to compound the entire case. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the defacto-complainant since present.

4) In the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to C.C. No.402 of 2013 on the file of VI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, Ranga Reddy District, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.

5) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. _______________________________
