Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondents 1 & 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj produced schedule of the Gam Panchayat as per Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018 in which the survey Nos.752 to 762 and 833 to 835 are not found in the Gangaram Thanda Gram Panchayat. In view of the same, there is no basis for the apprehension of the petitioners. Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
