Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent-police in taking action on the report made by the petitioner, dated 21-04-2018 against respondents 5 to 7, the present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner, a crime was registered by the respondent-police.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
