J U D G M E N T :

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed by the appellant-Insurance Company against the award and decree dated 07/10/2004 passed in OP.No. 172 of 2003 by the I-Additional District Judge-cum-Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kurnool, Kurnool district.

2. When the matter was posted on 07/4/2017 and 20/04/2017, there was no representation on behalf of both parties. Today there is no representation for the appellant-Insurance Company. It appears that the appellant-Insurance Company has no interest to pursue the appeal.

3. Hence, MACMA is dismissed for default. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this MACMA shall stands disposed of.
