This revision is filed against the order, dated 04.07.2017, passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ananthapuramu in Memo in O.S.No.609 of 2012.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit itself has been dismissed as settled out of Court. Therefore, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand dismissed.
