1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in C.C.No.95 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Giddalur, Prakasam District.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C. before the trial Court. Permission is accorded. 3 In the result, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. In the event of the petitioner filing petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C, the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law.
