At the hearing, Mr.M.Venkata Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that in view of disposal of C.R.P.Nos.4091 and 4092 of 2015, by a separate common order passed by this Court today, the cause in this revision petition does not survive for adjudication. 3.

In the light of the above submission, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
