Subhash Reddy) This appeal is filed by the respondent in O.P.No.390 of 2001 on the file of Family Court, Hyderabad, aggrieved by the order, dated 20.01.2003, passed in the said O.P., by which, the petition filed by the respondent to appoint her as guardian and to hand over custody of the minor children to her, was allowed.

When the matter is called, it is represented that during pendency of the proceedings, all the children have become majors and as such, the subject matter of this appeal has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed. No costs.
