O R D E R

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in not mutating the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and also for not issuing the pattadar passbook and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.3.20 cents in Sy.No.388 situated at Amancherla Village, Nellore Rural Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, inspite of the application made by the petitioner on 27.07.2016 in the prescribed Form-VI (A) as envisaged under Rule 18 and Section 4 (1) of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act').

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the application made by the petitioner on 27.07.2016 is pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 27.07.2016 in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
