THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.1197 of 2016 ORDER:

After arguing the matter for some time and particularly taking note of the denial of respondent No.4 viz., that D.K. Patta No.D.R.93/92 (Rc.No.53/1992) dated 02.04.1992 is issued by respondent No.4, Mr.G.L.Nageswararao, seeks liberty to file a petition for verification of record and confirmation of assignment before respondent No.3 and does not press the writ prayer. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed by granting liberty as prayed for.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
