When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous as the cause in the revision does not survive for adjudication. In view of the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
