THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.3134 of 2018 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 25.04.2018 in I.A.No.35 of 2018 in O.S.No.5 of 2018 on the file of the Court of Andhra Pradesh State Wakf Tribunal, at Hyderabad. 2.

At the time of arguments, learned counsels appearing for both parties submitted that let both parties may be permitted to look after the affairs of the mosque. 3.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of both parties, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. Keeping in mind the interest of the mosque, this Court is inclined to direct both parties to look after the day to day affairs of the mosque and not to withdraw the money of the mosque kept in the bank account. Both parties are further directed not to collect money directly or indirectly from the public till disposal of the suit.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above directions. The learned Presiding Officer, Andhra Pradesh State Wakf Tribunal, at Hyderabad is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.5 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Both the counsel assured

the Court that their counterpart will cooperate with the Wakf Tribunal for disposal of the matter. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J 19th June 2018 Rns
