HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN W.P. Nos.20405, 20468, 21216 AND 21699 OF 2019 COMMON ORDER: (Per Honourable Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) These writ petitions were filed by candidates aspiring for admission to BUMS/BHMS courses during the academic year 2019-20. Interim orders were granted in all these cases directing Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal, to consider the candidature of the petitioners and to allow them to participate in the next phase of counselling for admission to the subject courses provided the petitioners presented themselves before the Registrar of the University within the time stipulated with their original certificates for verification.

2. We are now informed by Sri G. Ravi, learned counsel representing Sri A. Prabhakara Rao, learned standing counsel for the respondent University, that the interim orders were duly acted upon.

3. In the light of the aforestated statement made on behalf of the University and as we are informed that the last date for admission to the subject courses has also expired, we see no reason to keep these matters pending or adjudicate them on merits. These writ petitions are accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
