Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) for respondents.

The petitioner has filed the Writ Petition questioning the inaction of respondents in conducting investigation into the complaint dt.20.11.2014 made by petitioner to 2nd respondent regarding loss of his Bajaj Auto Diesel Three-Wheeler bearing Registration No.AP 01 Y 7644.

The learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana), appearing for respondents, states that the 2nd respondent will file the final report in the competent Court within ten (10) days from to-day setting out the investigation done with regard to the complaint made by petitioner regarding loss of Bajaj Auto Diesel ThreeWheeler bearing Registration No.AP 01 Y 7644.

4. On filing of such report, copy of the same shall be furnished to the counsel for petitioner so that petitioner can make appropriate claim before the Insurance Company.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.
