THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM I.A. No. 2 OF 2018 AND COMPANY PETITION No. 277 OF 2015 O R D E R :

I.A.No. 2 of 2018 has been taken out seeking leave for withdrawing the Company Petition with liberty to the petitioner to proceed with the recovery proceedings against the respondents for recovering the outstanding amount awarded by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Hyderabad.

For the reasons stated in the accompany affidavit, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Company Petition. I.A.No. 2 of 2018 is accordingly ordered. Consequently, Company Petition No. 277 of 2015 is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as sought for.

The miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand closed.
