Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail the remedy of Revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India in view of the decisions of this Court in Shivareddypally Ananthaiah (died) per LRs. v. Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad and another[1] and Narasimha v. Joint Collector-II, Ranga Reddy District[2].

Granting liberty as sought the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
