Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to filing of the writ petition the grievance of the petitioner is addressed by the respondents herein. Learned counsel also requested to close the writ petition with a liberty to approach this Court if any problem arises in future with regard to the subject matter.

In view of the above, the writ petition is closed with a liberty as sought for. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
