Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 3 and the learned Government Pleader for Forests appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 4.

Petitioner's grievance is that respondent Nos.2 and 4 are attempting to build a compound wall in the land belonging to him. Petitioner has already filed an application on 28-03-2016 before 3rd respondent for conduct of survey to demarcate his land and the land belonging to the Forest Department to avoid any dispute in this regard.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue as well as learned Government Pleader for Forests state that survey is desirable to demarcate the land of the petitioner as well as the land of the Forest Department to avoid any disputes between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.2 and 4 in future.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to cause survey to be conducted for demarcation of the land belonging to the petitioner as well as the land belonging to the Forest Department after

giving notice to the petitioner and to respondent Nos.2 and 4 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any construction of compound wall made by respondent Nos.2 and 4 in the meantime would be subject to the result of the said survey. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
