HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1816 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioner seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.451 of 2012 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nandyal, registered for the offences under Sections 464, 473 and 485 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 21.06.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Nandyal II Town Police Station, Kurnool District and submitted that after filing of charge sheet before Judicial First Magistrate, Nandyal, C.C.No.451 of 2012 was registered and the same was ended in acquittal vide judgment dated 29.08.2017 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.451 of 2012 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
