When this matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, while producing letter dated 17-6-2017, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Gajwel Police Station, Medak District, would submit that in Cr.No.77 of 2013 of Gajwel Police Station, investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and case was registered as C.C.No.283 of 2013 on the file of .J.F.C.M. Gajwel and prayed that this Criminal Petition may be dismissed as infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioners reported no instructions. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
