Admittedly the earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner/A-1 before this court in Crl.P.No.13345/2016 was dismissed by a detailed order dated 19.9.2016. Thereafter there are no changed circumstances. Investigation is at the advanced stage and charge sheet is yet to be filed. The present petition is not maintainable and accordingly the same is dismissed.
