Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development appearing for respondents 1 and 2; and Sri Golla Seshadri, learned counsel for respondents 3 and 4. With their consent, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

Since this Court is not going into the merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to respondents 5 to 16. 3.

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed with the following prayer:

"...to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the respondent authorities in not taking any action with regard to the illegal and unauthorized construction made by the unofficial respondents in respect of the land in Sy.No.521 CP, admeasuring Ac:2.50 Cents situated at Kolanuduru Village, Manubolu Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, without any valid permission, inspite of the written representation dated:

08-08-2017, as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondent authorities to remove the illegal and unauthorised constructions made by the unofficial respondents in the above said land pursuant to the representation dated:08.08.2017."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation, dated 08.08.2017, made by the petitioner, at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that the respondents may be directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner, provided the same is still pending consideration, in accordance with law. 5.

Having regard to the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation, dated 08.08.2017, made by the petitioner to remove and stop the illegal and unauthorised constructions by the third parties in respect of the land in Sy.No.521CP, admeasuring Ac.2.50 cents situated at Kolanakudur Village, Manubolu Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
