HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1036 of 2008 JUDGMENT:
Petitioner/complainant filed this criminal revision case by invoking the provisions under Sections 397 & 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, being aggrieved by the judgment, dated 10.10.2007, rendered in C.C.No.1778 of 2006 by the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kothagudem, whereby and whereunder the learned Magistrate found the accused not guilty for the offences under Sections 498-A & 506 IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and accordingly, they are acquitted under Section 248(1) of Cr.P.C. from all the offences.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 5th respondent.

Learned counsel for both parties submitted that both the parties have obtained an order of divorce in M.O.P.No.44 of 2010, on the file of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, vide order, dated 08.04.2015, and the 1st respondent/A-1 also paid an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- towards permanent alimony to the petitioner/complainant, vide order, dated 08.04.2005, in I.A.No.21 of 2015 in M.O.P.No.44 of 2010.

Having regard to the same, the criminal revision case is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
