THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.4566 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: "to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in constructing 400 KV D/C. Transmission Lines, high tension wires on the petitioners Layout Plan Residential House sites in Sy.No.801/A1 and 801/A2 an extent of Ac.0-23 guntas totaling 12 Residential Plots situated at Kandi Village and Mandal, Sanga Reddy District (Medak) as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of Principles of Natural Justice and violation of Articles 14, 16, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to change the alignment of current Poles high tension line from Government land (Biladakala Sy.No.) or Agricultural land."

When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners herein, the petitioners submitted a representation on 28.01.2017 to the District Collector and Magistrate, Sangareddy District and a copy of the same is also placed on record along with the writ petition as a material paper. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct the respondents to consider the said representation in accordance with law. 3.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits in the matter, directing the District Collector and Magistrate, Sangareddy District to consider the representation, dated 28.01.2017, of the petitioners

AVSS, J W.P.No.4566 of 2017 and take appropriate action in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
