THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.886 OF 2014 ORDER:

This revision petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed by the petitioner - judgment debtor No.2 pursuant to the attachment order, dated 05.01.2013, passed in E.P.No.435 of 2012 in O.S.No.250 of 2005 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Anantapur.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner - judgment debtor No.2 and learned counsel for respondent No.1 - decree holder are present.

It is submitted that in view of disposal of the E.P., no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition. 4.

The Registry of this Court also brings to the notice of the Court that the E.P. itself was disposed of on 10.07.2015. 5.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

In the result, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
