2.
Petitioners claim that they were appointed long ago as Field Workers, but their services were terminated by an oral order of termination. Aggrieved thereby, petitioners raised industrial dispute before the Labour Court. The Labour Court allowed the said industrial dispute setting aside the oral termination order and directed reinstatement and continuity of service. On a challenge made to the same before this Court, the Writ Petitions filed by the department were dismissed.
Accordingly, petitioners were reinstated by granting entire service from the date of their initial appointment. Now the claim of the petitioners is to regularize their services.
Praying to grant regularization, they submitted representation dated 17.10.2017. Alleging inaction, this Writ Petition is filed.
3.
On a perusal of the representation dated 17.10.2017, it is seen that earlier litigation was not explained. 4.
In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to make a detailed representation narrating all the relevant facts and also enclosing the award passed by the Labour Court and the order of this Court in the Writ Petitions filed by the department challenging the award of the Labour Court. On submission of such representation, the District Medical and Health Officer shall examine the same and submit appropriate proposals to the State Government as required and on
submission of such proposals, the State Government shall examine the same and take appropriate decision as warranted by law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of submission of representation by the petitioners pursuant to the directions in this Writ Petition.
