This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.S.No.182 of 2015 from the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Adoni, Kurnool District, and transfer the same to the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Kadapa. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for both parties is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible. 4.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, the learned Senior Civil Judge, Adoni, is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.182 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 7.
