THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.23347 of 2009 ORDER:

1. This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents 1 to 5 in not taking the action against the 6th respondent, who is constructing a building violating the sanctioned plan and the rules in H.No.1-91 of Annaram village, Manakondur Mandal, Karimnagar District, as illegal, and consequently, to direct respondents 1 to 5 to initiate action against the 6th respondent as per law.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with the following direction: "The petitioner is directed to make a representation to the authorities concerned. On such representation being made, the authorities concerned are directed to consider the same.

If any illegal constructions are found, the authorities concerned shall take action in accordance with law."

No order as to costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
