THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.3357 of 2018 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the docket order dated 28.08.2017 in I.A.No.777 of 2017 in F.C.O.P.No.139 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Judge, Additional Family Court, at Hyderabad. 2.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the learned Additional Family Court Judge, to dispose of I.A.No.777 of 2017 in F.C.O.P.No.139 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Additional Family Court Judge, Hyderabad, is hereby directed to dispose of I.A.No.777 of 2017 in F.C.O.P.No.139 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
