THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.4139 of 2008 ORDER:

As there was no representation for the writ petitioner on 02.12.2015, the writ petition was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'.

On 07.01.2016, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported that he has no instructions from the writ petitioner. Therefore, the Registry was directed to issue notice to the writ petitioner and list the matter by printing the name of the writ petitioner.

Accordingly, notice was issued to the writ petitioner. The note of the Registry shows that notice sent to the writ petitioner is not yet returned. However, the name of the petitioner is printed in the cause list.

When this matter came up for hearing today, neither the petitioner is present nor there is any representation on his behalf by any other counsel. It indicates that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
