THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD CRIMINAL PETITION No.6256 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner-accused No.7 for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.104 of 2019 of Chandampet Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 419, 420, 464, 465 and 468 read with Section 34 IPC.

2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the material on record.

3.

The allegations levelled against the petitioner are grave in nature. The investigation is still in progress and hence, if the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail, there is every possibility of his causing hindrance in the investigation and tampering the evidence. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed. _______________________ T. AMARNATH GOUD, J Dated 10.10.2019 dr/mar
