THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 21708 of 2019 ORDER:

It is the case of petitioner that they are the owners of land to an extent of Acs.18.14 guntas in Survey No.549 situated at Turkayamzal Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having purchased the same through a registered sale deed dated 06.02.2006; that the third respondent submitted an application to the second respondent - Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority, rep. by its Commissioner, Tarnaka, Hyderabad, for grant of layout permission under Section 29(1) of the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008, with respect to the land admeasuring Acs.4.23 guntas in Survey No.549 and objecting to the same, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 06.09.2019 to the second respondent. In the circumstances, they pray for issuance of a direction to the second respondent not to grant any layout permission to the third respondent with respect to the land admeasuring Acs.4.23 guntas covered by Survey No.549.

Learned Standing Counsel for the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority appearing for respondent No.2 submits

CKR, J W.P.No.21708 of 2019 that the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2019 would be considered in accordance with law.

Having regard to the aforesaid submission, without going into the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 06.09.2019 stated to have been filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
