It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing of this writ petition the Revenue Divisional Officer has passed order, and as such, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the aforesaid order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Interim order, if any, granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
