Crl.Petition No.6274 of 2022 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.6274 OF 2022 O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/Accused Nos.17 to 20 seeking to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners/Accused Nos.17 to 20 in Crl.M.P.No.71 of 2021 dated 09.04.2021 by the learned VI Additional Sessions Judge, Godavarikhani that they should appear before the Police Station NTPC on First and Last Sunday of every month between 10.00 AM to 12.00 Noon till filing of charge sheet.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are cooperating with the investigation officer till date and have been complying the order of the Court below for 15 months. 4.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner/Accused No.20 is not complying the order of the Court below.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition of appearance of the petitioners/Accused Nos.17 to 19 before the investigating officer as "as and when required". The other conditions remain unaltered. The petition in so far as petitioner/Accused No.20 is concerned, for relaxation, is dismissed.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed off. 7.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
