THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.14805 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the brother of the petitioner viz., Mr.Muqtar, S/o Mohammed Khajamia, who is missing from 15.02.2015, before this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is stated by learned Advocate General (TG) appearing for the respondents that the alleged detenue has involved in a case of kidnap of a minor girl and that he is absconding.

4. As the alleged detenue is not in illegal detention or wrongful confinement, the question of entertaining the writ of Habeas Corpus does not arise. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. _______________ K.C.BHANU, J ________________________________________
