Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner claims that he purchased land to an extent of Ac.1.20 guntas in Survey No. 195/A, Julurpad village and mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem district and filed application in Form 6-A on 15.7.2019 to rectify the revenue records and enter his name. Alleging inaction on the said application, this writ petition is filed. 3.
As per the procedure evolved by the Government, person who seeks to mutate name in the revenue records and issuance of pattadar passbooks must make application in Form 6-A through online web portal and applications made in physical form are not accepted. No proof is filed of making application through online web portal, therefore, it cannot be said that respondent Tahsildar is negligent in accepting the request of the petitioner.

Writ petition, therefore dismissed, granting liberty to petitioner to make application in the prescribed form to mutate his name and to issue pattadar pass books and title deeds. As and when such an application is filed, same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
