Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development, and Sri P.Jagadish Chandra Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for VUDA.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent-VUDA that the second respondent passed final orders vide proceedings in Rc.No.11693/2007/1-1/Ann.1/19, dated 05.07.2014, cancelling the allotment made in favour of the petitioner herein. A copy of the said proceedings is placed on record.

In view of the above proceedings, the Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to question the said order if she advised to do so.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 10th October, 2017.
