Heard Sri P.Rajasekhar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Sri C.V.Rajeeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 4-Bank and Sri G.Sudheer, learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent.

2. The petitioners in the writ petition are the wife and minor son of the deceased employee, by name B.Nagaraju.

The 5th respondent is his mother. The petitioners filed the writ petition seeking to declare the proceedings dated 02-9-2013 passed by the 4th respondent as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, contrary to Section 8 of Hindu Succession Act, 1956 and violative of Articles 14 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 not to release/disburse all terminal benefits of the 1st petitioner's husband late B.Nagaraju in favour of the 5th respondent.

3. After filing of the writ petition, both parties entered into a compromise and agreed to share the retiral benefits of the deceased employee equally.

They filed Memo of Compromise and Affidavit indicating that they would equally share the retrial benefits of the deceased employee.

4. The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of in terms of the compromise. The respondents 1 to 4-Bank are directed to pay the retiral benefits to the parties in terms of the compromise within a period of 6 (six) weeks.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
