This petition is filed by the petitioners-A2 & A3 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in Crime No.183 of 2011 of Sulurpet Police Station, Nellore District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. From the material available on record, it is apparent that the petitioners are involved in highway dacoity cases. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
