Respected Sir, I submit that MACMA No.1267 of 2005 was disposed of on 26-02-2016 by the Hon'ble Sri Justice A. Shankar Narayana and the said order has been placed in "CMSO Folder" after obtaining the signatures of His Lordship. Later on, it is noticed that by mistake I have wrongly typed as 'respondent No.1' instead of 'respondent No.2' in the first line of page No.3 of the order. Now, the same has been corrected.

Therefore, I request you to delete the said order from the "CMSO Folder" so as to enable me to retransmit the said order in the said Folder.
