THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.25638 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition alleging that no action has been taken against 6th respondent by respondents 1 to 5 on the petitioner's written complaint dt.20.06.2016 made to the respondents.

2. A reading of the said complaint shows that the petitioner alleged against the 6th respondent that he arrested the petitioner on 27.10.2013 in violation of the order dt.09.10.2013 in Crl.P.No.11700 of 2013.

3. It is not known why the petitioner had lodged this complaint on 20.06.2016, almost three years after the said event, keeping quiet for the entire intervening period. I do not find that the conduct of the petitioner is bonafide. Therefore, I am not willing to entertain this Writ Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
