This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash Cr.No.60 of 2012 dated 01.10.2012 on the file of the SHO, P.S. Shankarampet (R), Medak District.

Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and a charge sheet is also filed, and hence the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________ JUSTICE ANIS.
