Heard learned counsel for 2nd respondent and perused the record. The FIR reads a prima-facie accusation against the petitioners/accused. Hence in the considered view of this Court, a thorough investigation needs to be conducted to exhume the truth of the allegations and the police of Beemavaram II Town P.S, West Godavari District are directed to proceed with the investigation and complete the same expeditiously. However, during the course of investigation, they shall strictly follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. towards the petitioners/A.1 and A.2. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
