When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that inspite of petitioners submitting a representation on 18-08-2007, no action has been taken by the respondents sofar responding to the grievance of the petitioners and a request is made by the counsel for the petitioners to direct the respondents to consider the said representation in accordance with law. Recording the said statement and considering the said request, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
