Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that no First Information Report was registered though a complaint dt.18.06.2016 was filed by petitioner against certain third parties alleging that they have committed offence under Section 420 Indian Penal Code, was made to the 4th respondent.

The learned Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondents, states that First Information Report has been registered as Cr.No.79/2016 under Section 420 I.P.C. by the 4th respondent on the complaint made by petitioner on 18.06.2016.

Since the grievance of petitioner is thus redressed, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent to furnish a copy of the First Information Report to the petitioner immediately, conduct investigation in accordance with law, and file a final report in the competent court as per the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if
