THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.35803 of 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the fourth respondent in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6 and in threatening the petitioner with dire consequences if the petitioner does not settle the financial disputes at the earliest in respect of partnership deed dated 26.11.2014 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the fourth respondent to forbear from interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6 in respect of partnership deed dated 26.11.2014. Heard and perused the material.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the fourth respondent is interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6 in connection with partnership deed dated 26.11.2014 and as such, he prays this Court to direct the fourth respondent not to interfere in the civil disputes. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) submits that the fourth respondent is not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6, more particularly in connection with the partnership deed dated 26.11.2014. Considering the rival submissions made by both the counsel, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6 in connection with partnership deed dated 26.11.2014 and with a further direction to following the due process of law.
