THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CMP No.401 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C to withdraw O.P.No.1007 of 2006 from the file of the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and transfer the same to some other Court in Hyderabad.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer C.M.P. with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to her under law including filing of the similar type of petition before the appropriate Court.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
