ORDER

Earlier, the matter underwent several adjournments and the same was dismissed for default on 11.07.2014. Even after restoration, the matter was adjourned several times. When the matter was listed on 20.i0.2020, eight weeks time was sought and even though it was listed on S.11.2OZO and 28.11.2020, none appears for the applicant. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the applicant in the morning and in the afternoon. lt goes to show that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

ln view of the above, the Arbitration Application is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
