Having regard to the facts and circumstances, writ petition is disposed of directing the official respondents to follow guidelines laid down by the Apex Court in LALITA KUMAR v. GOVERNMENT OF UTTAR PRADESH1 and take appropriate action in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
