THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.19487 OF 2007 ORDER:

On the last occasion, when the matter was called, none appeared for the petitioner, as such, it was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, in the morning session when the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation is made on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was passed over and again in the afternoon when the matter is called, there is also no representation on behalf of the petitioner, as such, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter any further.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
